Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Trendigo. We want to ensure you have a great experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 5 to 7 days from the date you receive your item to notify us of your intent to return it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The item has all tags attached and shows no signs of use or wear.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

3. Shipping

Trendigo will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us at trendigo9@gmail.com to receive a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions on where to send your package.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking or processing fees for returns.
